As a pipe collector and enthusiast, I have smoked countless pipes, but have always had a soft spot for Bruyères. In my opinion, men’s handmade Bruyère pipes are among the finest pipes in the world.
This bruyere pipes is handcrafted from high-grade Bruyère wood, and every detail has been carefully crafted by craftsmen. Holding it in your hand, you can appreciate the sophistication of the pipe, making it hard to put it down.
This handmade Poker pipe embraces a rather traditional construction, yet exhibits the unique style and excellent craftsmanship of the French handmade pipe. It adopts a classic pipe design, with a tall and rounded bowl attached to a straight shank and stem for a sleek silhouette. The flat heel at the pipe’s bottom allows it to stand on its own on a desktop without the need for a pipe rest, making it a practical and decorative tabletop pipe.
The shaping is quite classical, while incorporating bamboo embellishments, a common element in contemporary artisan pipe making that actually traces back to the Dunhill designs during WWII, when bamboo was added to pipes as a way to conserve briar wood.
